Ya know, there’s a strong smell of superiority in Moxie’s response. If ever you wondered why older men want younger women, look at the disparaging tone with which an older women looks at younger men.

Not to say that Moxie doesn’t have a strong point, but it’s pretty clear that while cougars having fun playing around a while with mouse boys is OK, no woman really respects younger men.

Well-loved. Like or Dislike: Thumb up 17 Thumb down 6

I believe there are many guys who are emotionally mature in their mid-20s (not to mention late-20s). Once you reach a certain peak, you’re emotionally ready for a mature adult relationship. I must agree with Joey G here. Maybe Moxie’s previous bad experience is influencing her judgment call on this one. Certainly, younger guys are more likely to be immature as compared with older guys, but it takes no Ph.D. in Psychology to opine on that. I do see some inconsistency in this guy’s words and actions. I’m more apt to think he doesn’t know what he wants (and he’s thinking at least 50% with hormones), and contrary to what Moxie suggests, I don’t think he’s manipulating the situation. But no one can really know except him.
