Com o objetivo de valorizar as espécies autóctones de forma técnica e legalmente correta e assim vir a obter novas variedades de espécies autóctones, realizou-se uma missão de colheita de germoplasma. Aplicamos as orientações da ENSCONET-European native seed conservation network e do Grin Global. Amostras destas sementes serão caraterizadas, conservadas no Banco Português de Germoplasma Vegetal e documentas na plataforma Internacional Grin Global.
Além disso, caraterizou-se durante dois anos agrícolas o ecótipo de Trifolium glomeratum recolhido na flora espontânea de portugal continental. A informação registada será adicionada à plataforma Grin Global e uma amostra de semente será conservada no Banco Portugués de Germoplasma Vegetal (INIAV-Braga)(comprovativo carregado no Indicador 1.4)
With the objective of valuing native species in a technically and legally correct manner and thus obtaining new varieties of native species, a germplasm collection mission was carried out. We apply the guidelines of ENSCONET-European native seed conservation network and Grin Global. Samples of these seeds will be characterized, preserved in the Portuguese Plant Germplasm Bank and documented in the Grin Global International platform.
In addition, the ecotype of Trifolium glomeratum collected from the spontaneous flora of mainland Portugal was characterized during two agricultural years. Em Portugal, está regulamentado que as espécies presentes no mercado (semente pura ou enquanto componente de misturas) devem estar inscritas no Catálogo Nacional de Variedades nacional. Sendo assim, tenta-se contribuir para a disponibilização no mercado de uma v autariedades de espécies autóctone bem adaptadas às diferentes condições ambientais do Mediterrâneo e com diferentes possibilidades de uso.In Portugal, it is regulated that the species present on the market (pure seed or as a component of mixtures) must be registered in the national Catalog of Varieties. Therefore, we try to contribute to the availability on the market of a variety of autochthonous species well adapted to the different environmental conditions of the Mediterranean and with different possibilities of use.
